Moo's Shoes provides a friendly, fast and professional service.

Buying Goods. After browsing the site, add the items you require to the shopping cart. Click on Checkout, you will then be asked a few details so that we can complete your order. These are stored securely and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Payment. We accept payment by cheque or Paypal payment. Please follow the instructions in the checkout to pay by Paypal (you must have a paypal account set up first) Cheque payments can be sent to:

Please make cheques payable to: Moo's Shoes. Your items will be shipped as soon as your cheque has cleared, please be aware it can take up to 7 days for your cheque to clear. 

Delivery. As long as the item you select is in stock (and there are no postal strikes!!) you can expect to receive your item within 3 - 5 days. Sooner if you are local to Redruth, I will deliver by hand FREE OF CHARGE. (Please email for details)

Shipping Costs. Our standard shipping charge is £4 anywhere in the UK, using Royal Mail.

Guarantee and returns policy. Moo's offers you a no quibble 30 day money back/exchange guarantee. We will refund your money in full (Minus any postage costs) as long as the goods arrive back to us in the condition they were sent out, tags still intact, unworn and with original packaging. Items returned after 30 days will only be refunded in extreme circumstances. Postage costs can not be refunded.

Please phone us before you send an item back, to let us know when and why you will be returning an item, just so we know it is on the way and can keep an eye out for it! It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage receipt, lost items will not be refunded or exchanged.
